Stacking accessory: an expansion unit that adds extra tubing lines to an existing port cap manifold.

One of the unique features of our solvent collection manifolds is their ability to adapt to additional tubing requirements. Whether attaching five tubes or fifty, each manifold can be expanded to fit the need by connecting modular "stacking" units. With tapered self-sealing NPT common threads, select the manifold which allows your system to accommodate the needs of your lab. This is especially useful in laboratories which are already at the maximum solvent capacity permissible by law. By connecting more than one instrument to a single waste container, additional containers may not be required.

Specifications:

• Includes (3) Type A 1/4-28 UNF ports and (4) Type C 1/8" NPT ports
• Manifold is a wetted component and made from Polypropylene with a PTFE insert
• Smallest hole (Type A) accepts 1/4-28 UNF tubing adapters (sold separately)
• Largest hole (Type C) accepts 1/8" NPT tubing adapters (sold separately)
• Mounts onto a Type C 1/8" NPT port on an existing port cap manifold
• Tapered NPT threads; wrap the threads 2-3 times for a leak-resistant seal and wrench-tighten
