Create a closed system for safe chemical feed processes using air-tight port caps, designed for solvent delivery to—or waste collection from—LC-MS and HPLC machines in the lab. Our most popular caps are designed for GL45 and GL38 glass bottles, Nalgene® 38-430 plastic bottles,  Justrite® quick-disconnect fittings, and various threaded carboys. Most caps feature small 1/4-28 UNF threaded "Type A" ports machined in a solid PTFE or polypropylene insert that spins freely before the cap is secured, ensuring tangle-free tubing, with a through-hole to push 1/8" OD tubing all the way in to supply your system. Carboy and waste manifold collection caps also have larger 1/4" and 1/2" NPT holes to secure carbon filters and larger waste lines.
