7-Port Stacking Accessory for Port Cap Manifolds: Mounts on 1/8" NPT Port, Size M, Polypropylene

This stacking accessory is an expansion unit that adds extra tubing lines to an existing port cap manifold. It mounts onto a Type C 1/8" NPT port and adds 7 ports: (3) Type A 1/4-28 UNF and (4) Type C 1/8" NPT. Tubing adapters are sold separately.

One of the unique features of our solvent collection manifolds is their ability to adapt to additional tubing requirements. Whether attaching five tubes or fifty, each manifold can be expanded by connecting modular stacking units with tapered, self-sealing NPT threads. By connecting more than one instrument to a single waste container, additional containers may not be required; this is especially useful in laboratories already at the maximum solvent capacity permissible by law.

• Tapered NPT mounting thread; wrap the threads 2-3 times for a leak-resistant seal and wrench-tighten
• Tubing adapters, plugs and exhaust filters sold separately

Port Types and Tubing Adapters

• Type A ports accept 1/4-28 UNF tubing adapters
• Type C ports accept 1/8" NPT tubing adapters

Choose adapters to match each tubing size, and plug any unused ports to maintain a closed system.

Important: Chemical compatibility depends on the solvent, concentration, temperature and all wetted components, including the polypropylene body, plugs and any adapters used. Aggressive solvents such as hexane, THF and methylene chloride can damage polypropylene. Verify compatibility before use.
