This 7-port, size M port cap manifold fits Justrite® Centura™ quick-disconnect waste safety cans, with polypropylene quick-disconnect adapters. It has (3) Type A 1/4-28 UNF and (4) Type C 1/8" NPT ports in a chemically resistant polypropylene manifold, creating a closed system for HPLC waste collection and solvent delivery. Tubing adapters, plugs and exhaust filters are sold separately, so you can configure each port for your tubing and venting needs.

HPLC, LC-MS, FPLC and SFC instruments generate a steady stream of volatile solvent waste. The deluxe option for solvent waste collection, Justrite® Centura™ safety cans offer a spring-loaded, pressure-relieving lid, spark arrester, groundable pouring spout and shutoff quick disconnects. The quick disconnects make it easy to disengage waste manifolds and exhaust filters when switching a full container for an empty one. This manifold uses polypropylene quick-disconnect adapters.

Port Types and Tubing Adapters

Choose adapters to match each tubing size, and plug any unused ports to maintain a closed system.

Venting for Waste Collection

As waste flows into a closed container, displaced air and solvent vapor must be released safely. Fit one port with a carbon exhaust filter (sold separately) to vent displaced air while capturing solvent vapors, and plug any unused ports.

Important: Chemical compatibility depends on the solvent, concentration, temperature and all wetted components, including the polypropylene manifold, plugs and any adapters used. Aggressive solvents such as hexane, THF and methylene chloride can damage polypropylene; a PTFE manifold is recommended for these. Verify compatibility before use.
