Pall AcroPrep™ 24-Well Filter Plate with Omega™ Membrane, 50 kDa MWCO (2/pack) — a 24-well ultrafiltration plate fitted with the low-protein-binding Omega (modified polyethersulfone) membrane at a 50 kDa molecular-weight cut-off. Under centrifugation or vacuum, solutes above the cut-off are retained while smaller molecules and solvent pass through, enabling concentration, desalting and buffer exchange in a parallel 24-well format.
The Omega membrane's low nonspecific binding maximizes recovery of proteins and nucleic acids.
