The C100s Nebulizer with Carbon Probe (100 cm) is engineered for ultra-high sensitivity in normal and cool plasma modes, specifically tailored for semiconductor applications.

Additional Details:

• Robust - can be backflushed; no cleaning tools needed
• Body fits any spray chamber port (Scott-type, cyclonic or desolvator) that accepts a 6 mm OD nebulizer - choose the regular or desolvator version to match your system
• Installation: tighten the spray chamber ferrule nut until it contacts the nebulizer body, then a further 1/8 turn only - overtightening can deform the body and reduce sensitivity
• Always handle the nebulizer by the body; never grip or pull on the uptake line when inserting or removing it
• To clear stop-flow caused by air gaps, backflush: with nebulizer gas on, lightly place a gloved finger over the nebulizer tip
• For ultratrace (e.g. semiconductor) work, aspirate fresh high purity 5% HNO3/2% HF for at least 8 hours or overnight before first installation; do not recirculate the acid
• Gas line connection kit includes 1 m of 4 mm OD PTFE gas line, a Festo 4 mm/6 mm push-fit connector and a barbed connector for Tygon gas lines; additional kits are part 830-051
• s-type inner body design gives about 10% higher sensitivity in normal plasma and 15% higher in cool plasma than previous-generation C-Flows
• Uptake line and capillary are PFA, resistant even to concentrated TMAH and mineral acids; no measurable elemental background contribution
• Uptake line connector nut carries a groove pattern identifying the uptake rate of the line
